1. Give the official advice its proper scope
The author’s Dragonkind FAQ says login codes go out in batches and may not appear immediately. It advises checking spam. It does not establish a fixed number of minutes for delivery.
That explains why an absent message is not, by itself, evidence that your address or account has been rejected. It also does not prove a particular delayed message will arrive. Check what the official page actually says before deciding what to do next.
2. Choose the symptom you can observe
- The page itself does not open
- Compare another familiar website, then another browser already on your device. Record whether the problem affects one site or many. Do not bypass certificate or security warnings.
- The page opens, but no code appears
- Review the address on the official form and check spam. Follow any wait or retry instruction shown there. A fan site cannot request or retrieve a code for you.
- A visible error stops the next step
- Keep the exact non-sensitive error wording and its approximate time. A single local error cannot establish a service-wide outage or its cause.
3. Keep a note someone can act on
Useful details are the page address, approximate time, browser name, visible error and the checks already attempted. Keep your code, password, email address, cookies and screenshots containing them out of the note.
Example only: “The entry page opened in one browser and failed in another. I checked again later and saw the same message.”
This is an observation with a boundary. “The game is down for everyone” would be a broader conclusion that these checks do not support.
Practice this situation
Fictional situation: the entry page opens, you have checked spam, and the code has not arrived. Load the example, mark what you checked next, then generate a summary that separates your observation from the author’s delivery advice.

Use the checklist to keep track of your checks. For a persistent account issue, use the contact route currently provided by the official site. This guide has not signed in or tested recovery and cannot inspect your account.
