Separate an early encounter from the later bonding test.
The published walkthrough distinguishes first sightings from later bonding scenes.
Compare the prompt and your company, not the color alone. An encounter that continues is not yet a completed bond.

A later forest fork
Keep the two branches distinct when reading a route report.
The walkthrough separates a tree branch from a valley-center branch.
Follow the branch actually offered by your current screen. A guide category cannot add a missing option to your run.

A later clearing encounter
Similar-looking choices have different reported outcomes.
The walkthrough author reports both survival and death after turning toward the right green in separate runs.
Write down the exact stage and the next prompt. Two conflicting attempts do not establish a 50% success rate.

An additional tree option
Check whether this option is present before following its report.
Published reports associate an extra shadow option with black and blue encounters. Its appearance is not guaranteed.
If the option is absent, record that absence. Keep sightings, continued exploration and completed bonds separate.

Later valley-center encounter
Identify the later red encounter before comparing your choices.
The walkthrough places a red-bond account and a continuing meadow branch at the valley center.
Save the sequence up to the outcome. Reaching a red encounter alone is not proof of a completed bond.

Later meadow, separate from the tree shadow
Newer player reports include bonds as well as deaths on this branch.
Discussion 4 includes meadow-blue bond reports and failures. This conflicts with the blue Wiki’s claim that meadow bonds remain unconfirmed.

Use the visible dragon and next prompt to distinguish accounts.
The published walkthrough groups brown and orange outcomes under meadow reports.
Record which dragon you saw and which one you actually bonded. A later outcome may differ from the first visible color.

After a failed attempt
Use the remaining wait shown by your own game.
The official FAQ allows another attempt after a few hours and does not set a maximum number of attempts before bonding.
Set a personal timer using the wait you can see. Keep a short note of the last scene so the next visit starts with context.

A claim about the matching rules
Treat a success story and a tested mechanism as different evidence.
The reviewed official FAQ confirms possible colors and tails, but does not specify a battery-based selection rule.
A single favorable result cannot show causation. Use the black-dragon guide to examine the claim and its missing evidence.

After a completed result
Keep the original labels and your own observations together.
The official FAQ says all dragon colors and tail types are possible. It does not give their probabilities.
Copy only the fields you want to remember into your private journal. Leave absent information unrecorded instead of guessing.
